Accommodation & Homestay Coordinator Location: Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil We welcomes students from around the world to learn Portuguese and experience Brazilian culture. We are looking for a smart, flexible, and highly organized Accommodation & Homestay Coordinator to manage our accommodation program and ensure an excellent experience for our students. Responsibilities Manage homestay and apartment bookings Recruit and maintain relationships with host families Match students with suitable accommodation Coordinate check-ins and check-outs Support students with accommodation-related matters Handle changes, challenges, and last-minute requests Maintain accommodation records and coordinate payments Work closely with the student services and operations teams Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent Portuguese and good English Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or accommodation management is an advantage, but we are primarily looking for a smart, flexible, and proactive person with strong organizational skills. Ability to solve problems independently and make good decisions Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities Experience working with international students is a plus Who You Are Smart and quick to learn Flexible and adaptable Proactive and reliable Friendly and people-oriented Able to stay calm under pressure and find practical solutions What We Offer A dynamic international work environment.
