Requirements: • Education: Degree or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; • Knowledge of supply chain/logistics (e.g., lead time management, supplier relationship and negotiation); • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, etc.); • Advanced/Fluent English; • Spanish is a plus; • Strong communication and negotiation skills; • Continuous improvement mindset; • Proactivity, curiosity, and ownership attitude; • Commitment to deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Activities: • Identify solutions and monitor Volvo customer orders to handle emergency requests; • Perform delivery follow-up routines, including updating order status; • Negotiate lead times with suppliers to meet customer needs as quickly as possible; • Propose solutions to automate processes and analytical routines; • Execute controls using visualization tools (Power BI); • Perform data analysis and act according to customer needs using the Lean methodology (VPS); • Deliver training to the dealer network, both online and occasionally in person.
