Requisitos QualificationsDegree in Administration or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with strong generalist duties, ideally with a focus on personnel administration.Knowledge of U.S. labor and HR practices.Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR systems.Strong communication skills and a welcoming, service-oriented approach, given the front-desk/receptionist component of the role.Knowledge of talent attraction/recruitment processes is a plus.Advanced Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
