About the Role We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of U.S. clients, driving engagement, platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities Manage and build relationships with U.S. customers; Drive platform adoption and customer engagement; Monitor account health and identify potential churn risks; Maintain proactive communication with clients; Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales; Collaborate with Finance, Support, and Product teams to resolve customer issues. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related role; Experience working with U.S. clients / U.S. market; Advanced/Fluent English; Strong communication and relationship-building skills; Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts; SaaS or subscription-based business experience is a plus; Healthcare or compliance experience is a plus.
