Principais responsabilidades Manage payroll schedules to support oversight of the team responsible for processing; Process payroll for clients within your portfolio; Ensure monthly Federal and State compliance control for the client portfolio; Support administrative control and onboarding demands for clients after the lead stage, including implementations and U.S. Payroll consulting; Assist in tracking tasks and deadlines of the execution team to meet SLAs; Perform other routines related to the HR/Personnel Department; Requisitos técnicos MUST HAVE: Experience with payroll processes, customer service, and administrative controls; Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; Advanced English (will be tested during the interview); NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of U.S. payroll closing processes is a plus; Understanding of the market regarding benefits and insurance; Perfil comportamental Customer Service Problem Solving Multitasking Family Sense & Team Work Open Doors Respect Proactivity Autonomy Challenges Hands on
