ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Senior English Instructor to join our team at our Goiânia unit, located at Av. T1 (between T-10 and T-11), Setor Bueno. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who acts as a technical and pedagogical reference, contributes to academic leadership, and is prepared to work with advanced learners and international exam preparation courses. Location: Goiânia GO Schedule: Flexible, according to the instructors availability ROLE PROFILE SENIOR INSTRUCTOR The Senior Instructor plays a strategic role within the academic team, acting as a reference in teaching quality, methodology, and professional conduct. This professional is expected to: Promote methodological innovation aligned with Internationals academic standards Teach exam preparation courses and advanced-level groups MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Full fluency in English CEFR Level C2 Completed higher education degree Official English proficiency certification or native-level proficiency Certification in English Language Teaching or postgraduate studies related to Education/Teaching Proven ability to teach preparatory courses for international exams, such as: TOEFL IELTS Cambridge Exams SAT IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A STRONG ADVANTAGE IF YOU: Have experience with CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) and PBL (Project-Based Learning) Are comfortable working with teenagers, adults, and high-performance students Enjoy contributing to teacher development and academic leadership Are highly organized, proactive, and aligned with CEFR-based planning SELECTION PROCESS INCLUDES Online interview Personality Test and Psychological Analysis (online) Teaching Level Exam (CAE+ level) on-site Demo Lesson on-site Full participation in an internal training program RESPONSIBILITIES Plan lessons according to CEFR standards, age groups, and learning objectives Teach and assess students through projects and performance-based evaluation Provide clear and structured feedback to students and parents Prepare students for international proficiency exams Participate in academic meetings, events, workshops, and school activities
